What do I if an item is out of stock?

There is a waitlist option on our free mobile app with the pre-authorization feature.Please download this and pre-authorize for that item. This is giving us permission to run your card as soon as the item is in stock and guarantees you a spot on the restock. 

Do you have E-Gift Cards?

Yes! The E-gift card will be emailed straight to the email address used with the order. The gift card tab is at the bottom of the page on our website. The qualifies for online only and is not applicable for in store purchases. 

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason!

What size should I order?

We have listed a general sizing guide under our size chart, but items differ according to the brand. We try to provide guidance in the specific item descriptions to better serve you. 

How do I a gift card promo at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says "gift card  or discount code". 

Do you give refunds?

We issue Store Credit only. See the Return Tab at the bottom of the homepage.

When will my order be ready for in store pick up?

If you are local and choose in store pick up at checkout, we fulfill your order instantly. If we are not open, please wait until the next business day.

MONDAY: CLOSED

TUESDAY: 9am.-5pm.

WEDNESDAY: 9am.-6pm.

THURSDAY: 9am.-6pm.

FRIDAY: 9am.-5pm.

SATURDAY: 9am.-2pm.
