Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from A Wild Hair Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order if the order was shipping. If you chose local pick up, you have exactly 7 business days from the time purchased (not picked up) to return to us for store credit. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
If you chose shipping and wish to return an item, please go to awildhairboutique.com/account, enter your email used to place order, and request a return. Please note: we will subtract the cost of your shipping label from your store credit amount.
Items purchased at a discount or using a discount code, gift certificate/store credit, or items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: bodysuits, bralettes, cups, hats, accessories, bags, shoes and jewelry are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

WE DO NOT ALLOW CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS. You are more than welcome to return your item, as long as it falls in accordance with our return policy.
Return Instructions
Please go to awildhairboutique.com/account and request a return.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please text us at (850)272-2708 and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
